Description TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a writing instrument provided with a musical animation mechanism. State of the art [0002] The utility model DE 6 927 141 U describes a pen in the form of a television tower. It incorporates a music box with a musical drum, arranged coaxially with the instrument, and blades arranged radially. The necessary radius is important since the length of the blades is added to the radius of the drum. The result is an imposing and inconvenient instrument for writing. On the other hand, the length of the blades is necessarily limited which does not allow to place very long blades to play low notes. [0003] A difficulty in producing this type of writing instrument equipped with an animation is the small diameter available, which should preferably not exceed 20 mm. This volume creates important constraints when designing such animations. Another disadvantage of this prior art is the impossibility of seeing the mechanism when air is played. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0005] An object of the present invention is therefore to propose a writing instrument provided with animation but which is free from the limitations of known instruments. According to the invention, these objects are achieved in particular by means of a writing instrument comprising a writing tip and a musical animation including: a barrel; an animation mechanism driven by said barrel; a regulating organ for controlling the unwinding speed of the barrel; a kinematic link through the animation mechanism, in order to transmit a torque from said cylinder to the rear of this animation mechanism to the regulating organ in front of this animation mechanism; a cylindrical tube transparent around the animation, to maintain and align the barrel relative to the regulating organ. This solution is advantageous because it allows to use a cylindrical tube for two purposes: - first, provide the animation mechanism inside the instrument; - On the other hand, to align the barrel and the regulating member with each other. The particular arrangement with the barrel and the regulating organ on either side of the animation makes it possible to optimally exploit the small diameter available, by separating the barrel and the regulating organ. The kinematic connection comprises for example an axial rod, in order to transmit couples from the barrel to the regulating organ in front of the animation. In one embodiment, the animation is a musical animation including: a drum having an outer surface provided with pins; a plurality of vibrating blades arranged in cylinder longitudinally around the drum so as to be vibrated by said pins when the drum is rotated relative to the blades. This arrangement of the blades longitudinally around the drum can significantly reduce the diameter required, while increasing the maximum length of the blades. The drum can be rotatable relative to the body of the instrument linked to fixed blades. In another embodiment, the blades are rotated relative to the body of the instrument around a fixed drum. The axial rod can pass through the drum. In one embodiment, the blades are arranged to move radially relative to the drum during the relative rotation of the blades relative to the drum. The blades then vibrate radially, which on the one hand minimizes the space between two blades, and on the other hand is favorable to the quality of the sound produced and the regularity of the rhythm, even in case of wear pimples. For this purpose, each blade may comprise an inner face and an outer face, the inner face having a bevel to lift said blade in a radial direction and perpendicular to said outer face during a contact with a pin. The blade is raised gradually when its bevel comes into contact with the pin, before falling suddenly to the oscillation as soon as the blade is no longer in contact with the pin and fall. The writing instrument may have between 8 and 20 blades and between 40 and 200 pins, which can play long and varied tunes. The writing instrument may comprise a body for manipulating the instrument. The barrel and the body are advantageously mounted in the body, coaxially to this body. The drum can be mounted at the front of the barrel. In the present application, the front of the instrument designates the near side of the writing tip, while the back designates the opposite side, for example the side from which the cylinder is raised. The writing instrument may comprise a frame for supporting the blades and the barrel. This barrel can be housed in the body of the instrument. The regulating member controls the speed of rotation of the drum relative to the blades. The regulating member may comprise a flyweight, an exhaust or a simple brake. A precise rotation speed is not necessary. The regulating member may be arranged at the front of the drum. It is possible to place the regulating member in a transparent portion of the body. The writing instrument may comprise a body for manipulating the instrument. The base of the blades can be on the frame at the rear of the writing instrument. The blades extend cantilevered from this frame, towards the front of the instrument. The drum can extend cantilever from the regulating member towards the rear of the writing instrument. The writing instrument may comprise a first set of teeth to transmit the rotations of the barrel only in a first direction to the regulating member. The writing instrument may comprise a cabochon or a winding ring of the barrel. The transparent cylinder around the blades can be for example a glass cylinder or sapphire, which advantageously allows to see at least part of the mechanism for 360 ° around the instrument. This transparent cylinder can also have a structural function to maintain aligned the frame and the regulating member, linked to one another, through said transparent cylinder. The regulating member may comprise at least one mobile, relative to a wheel or a pinion, adapted to be rotated through the axial rod about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the instrument. For this purpose, a field wheel can be provided to convert the rotations of the axial rod rotations of mobile about a perpendicular axis. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES [0033] Examples of implementation of the invention are indicated in the description illustrated by the appended figures in which: Fig. 1 illustrates a longitudinal sectional view of the instrument. Fig. 2 illustrates a perspective view of the back of the instrument, the transparent cylinder being removed. Fig. 3 illustrates a cross section of the instrument, through the vibrating blades. Example (s) of Embodiment of the Invention [0034] The writing instrument illustrated by way of example in FIGS. 1 to 3 comprises a longitudinal body for gripping the instrument. The maximum diameter of this body 1 is preferably between 14 and 25 mm, preferably between 16 and 20 mm. The body can be made of metal. The instrument comprises a writing tip, here a pen 10, and a reserve of ink, here a cartridge 11, in the front part of the instrument. These components are conventional and will not be further described. The instrument may be, for example, a fountain pen, a ballpoint pen, a mechanical pencil, a felt etc. The optional mechanism for retracting the tip 10, and the mechanism for replacing the ink cartridge 11, are not described either. The rear part of the writing instrument houses a musical animation intended to play a musical tune with exclusively mechanical means. This animation comprises a drum 4 whose outer surface is provided with pins. The arrangement of these pins determines the air that will be played when the drum is rotated. Vibrating blades 5 are arranged in a cylinder around the drum. They extend cantilevered from a frame 6 at the rear of the instrument. When a pin comes into contact with the end of one of the blades, it starts to vibrate by emitting a sound. The height of the sound depends on the length of the blade. The different vibrating blades 5 therefore have different lengths in order to play different notes. In the illustrated embodiment, the instrument has 12 blades. A number of blades between 8 and 20, and a number of pins between 40 and 400, can be imagined to play a wide variety of musical tunes despite the limited space available. As best seen in Figures 2 and 3, the blades 5 comprise an enlarged base 51 in order to fix them, preferably individually removable, to the frame 6. It is thus individually replace the blades. The distal end of each blade comprises a bevel 50 directed towards the drum 4 and provided with an inclined plane 500 and a radial drop 501. The inclined plane 500 is perpendicular to the transversal plane of the drum 4, and inclined relative to the radius of this drum. The arrangement is provided so that the vibrating blade 5 is progressively lifted, in a radial direction, when a pin 400 contacts the inclined surface 500, then falls down sharply when the pin passes the chute 501. The blade 5 then vibrates radially. The blades 5 are provided with a longitudinal slot 54 to increase their flexibility and control their torsion. The drum 4 is rotated by a field wheel 72 connected to the drum and driven by the regulating member 3 of the front side of the instrument. The regulating member comprises a kinematic chain 7 with one or more mobiles mounted on a bridge 71. At least some of these mobiles have an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the instrument and the drum, for example a radial axis. A speed controller (not shown), for example a flyweight, an escapement, a brake, etc., makes it possible to slow down and / or control the speed of rotation of the mobiles of the kinematic chain, and therefore the speed of rotation of the drum 4. The kinematic chain is itself driven by an axial rod 8 through the drum 4 and connected to the other mobile via a not shown angular return, for example a bevel gear or other field wheel. The opposite end of the axial rod 8 is driven by a cylinder 2 housed in the frame 6 at the rear of the drum 4. The axial rod 8 comprises two parts 80 and 81 connected to each other via a röchet 810. This röchet can transmit the rotations of the barrel when relaxes, avoiding transmitting when spinning in the other direction during reassembly. The cylinder 2 is reassembled by turning a cabochon 13 (that is to say, a dome-shaped piece or cylinder closed at one end) at the rear end of the instrument. The cabochon is linked to the body 1 via a snap-in; it is therefore necessary to unclip it, pulling it backwards, for reassembly. The cabochon is connected to the barrel 2 via another mechanism röchet 800, so that only rotations of the cabochon in the direction corresponding to the winding are transmitted to the barrel. A winding ring can also be provided in place of a cabochon. The frame 6 is the regulating member are aligned and held to one another by means of a transparent cylinder 12, in the extension of the body 1. The cylinder 12 allows to observe the rotation of the drum and the vibrations of the blades when the music is played by unclipping the cabochon. In the preferred example illustrated, the transparent cylinder 12 also makes it possible to see the regulating member 3. The cylinder 12 may be made of glass or sapphire. It can be glued to the body 1, to the regulating member 3 and to the frame 6. The cylinder 12 thus serves as a structural element to maintain and align the cylinder 2 at the rear and the regulating member 3 further forward. The couples are however transmitted by an axial rod rotated in the center of the instrument.
